What a wonderful, exciting experience you will give to those young girls. You know, your Mom and I were childhood friends and we remain friends today. She inspired me to send my grandsons to Camp Atwater where she attended as a youngster. Camp Atwater is the oldest (87 years) African-American owned and operated summer residential youth camp in the nation. They are located in North Brookfield, Massachusetts. Over the past four years, my grandsons have thoroughly enjoyed their experiences there, and they can certainly thank your Mom for telling me about the camp. Keep up the good work and I wish you a lot of success!
