Summary:
To initiate HOME project to teach women home improvement skills and purchase supplies and equipment for programs.
Tradeswomen of Purpose/Women in Non-Traditional Work (TOP/WIN) trains women who are unemployed, on unemployment, or on welfare to qualify and keep construction and skilled trade jobs so they can support their families and break free of poverty.
Note: The Angel Network Support Foundation gave this grant. Dissolved in 2004, the purpose of the Support Foundation was to support the charitable efforts of Oprah's Angel Network.
