Summary:
To provide scholarships for 30 women and to purchase computers, supplies and a van. The New Opportunity School for Women gives Appalachian women three weeks of intensive courses at Berea College in Kentucky. They learn writing, math, computers and job skills. Health and dental screenings are also provided.
